Tissue was fixed in formalin immediately after excision, and embedded in paraffin. The paraffin embedded tissue array can be used for both immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. It is ideal for rapid cellular localization of RNA and protein expression. At least one of the tissue slides from each lot was stained with H & E to ensure the quality.
The panel contains 8 different tissues on one slide. Tissue panels are 5um in thickness, and mounted on positively charged glass slides.
All Alzmeimer products are from old aged donors; we assume that all the corresponding sourced Alzheimer patients are sporadic geriatric and not inheritable Alzheimer patients.
Quality Control:1. Representative tissue arrays from each lot were selected to be stained with H&E to ensure the consistent image

Storage and Stability:Store at RT. Stable for 12 months after receipt.
