Tissue was fixed in formalin immediately after excision, and embedded in paraffin. The paraffin embedded tissue array can be used for both immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization. It is ideal for rapid cellular localization of RNA and protein expression. At least one of the tissue slides from each lot was stained with H & E to ensure the quality.
The panel contains 8 different tissues on one slide. Tissue panels are 5um in thickness, and mounted on positively charged glass slides.
Note: Every single tissue array is well maintained with good quality. There might be some variations between slides, for example, one spot might be missing cells due to the end of serial cut. But there should be no more than 3 spots are without expected cells.
Storage and Stability:Store at RT. Arrays are stable for 12 months after receipt.
