Preparation:Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates, immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen after excision, and then stored at -70°C.
Quality Control:1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining. The pattern is consistent with each lot
2. The isolated protein is Western analyzed by either GAPDH or beta-actin antibody, and the expression level is consistent with each lot.
Applications:Suitable for use in Electrophoresis, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Enzymatic Activity, Protein-DNA Interaction, Protein-Protein Interaction and Tissue-Specific Expression Identification. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 10-20ug/laneOptimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt.. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
