Tissue Protein Lysate produced under consistent processing conditions to ensure intact structure and original nature. Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates and presents a consistent pattern on SDS-PAGE analysis.
Preparation:Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates, immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen after excision, and then stored at -70°C.
Applications:Suitable for use in Electrophoresis, Western Blot , Immunoprecipitation, Enzymatic Activity, Protein-DNA Interaction, Protein-Protein Interaction, and Tissue-Specific Expression Identification. Other applications have not been tested.
Recommended Dilutions: Western Blot: 10-20ug/laneOptimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Quality Control:1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining. The pattern is consistent with each lot
2. The isolated protein is Western analyzed by either GAPDH or beta-actin antibody, and the expression level is consistent with each lot.
Additional Data Supplied: All tissue protein samples are supplied with verified donor age and sex.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt.. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
