特徴

• Tissue Protein Lysate produced under consistent processing conditions to ensure intact structure and original nature. Total protein is prepared from whole-tissue homogenates and presents a consistent pattern on SDS-PAGE analysis.
• Applications:Suitable for use in Electrophoresis, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Enzymatic Activity analysis, Gel Shift assay, Protein-Protein Interaction and Tissue-Specific Expression Identification. Other applications have not been tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 10-20ug/laneOptimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
• Additional Data Supplied: All tissue protein samples are supplied with verified donor age and sex.
• Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
