Protein is isolated from whole tissue homogenates using a proprietary technique. The tissue was frozen in liquid nitrogen immediately after excision and then stored at -70ºC.

Quality Control:1. The isolated protein pattern on SDS-PAGE gel is visualized by Coomassie blue staining. The pattern is consistent with each lot
2. The isolated protein is Western analyzed by either GAPDH for total protein and universal total protein or Na/K ATPase for membrane protein. The expression level is consistent with each lot.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
