• This Human IFN-g ELISA kit is to be used for the in vitro quantitative determination of concentrations in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant and other biological fluids. It is intended for research use only and is not to be used in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
• Kit Components:I7662-16H1: FN-g Microtiter Plate 1x96 wells. Pre-coated with anti-human IFN-g monoclonal antibody.
• I7662-16H2: Pab (HRP) 1x14ml. Anti-human IFN-g polyclonal antibody conjugated to horseradish peroxidase with preservative.
• *I7662-16H3: IFN-g Standard 2x1vial. Recombinant human IFN-g (3.2ng/vial) in a buffered protein base with preservative, lyophilized.
• I7662-16H4: Calibrator Diluent I 1x22ml. Animal serum with preservative. For serum/plasma testing.
• I7662-16H5: Calibrator Diluent II (5X) 1x22ml. Cell culture medium with calf serum and preservative. For cell culture supernatant/urine testing.
• I7662-16H6: Wash Buffer (20X) 1x60ml, 20-fold concentrated solution of buffered surfactant.
• I7662-16H7: Substrate A 1x10mlBuffered solution with H2O2.
