Recommendations for Use:1. Vortex gently just prior to use
2. Do not heat before loading
3. Apply 10ul of DNA Ladder per well
4. For precise mass determination with a densitometer, stain gel after electrophoresis using 0.5ug/ml ethidium bromide for 30-40 minutes.
*Note: This ladder was standardized using 10ul of DNA per lane on a 0.8cm thick, 13x15cm, 1% agarose gel rrun in TAE buffer.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at -20°C For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
