Inactivation:Heat inactivated for 45 minutes at 60°C. Confirmed by re-inoculating LLC-MK2 cells and observed for cytopthic effect.
Storage and Stability:Store at -70°C. Aliquot to avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles as product degradation may result.
