Integrin alphaV, beta5 affinity-purified using monoclonal antibodies against the protein. Two bands are identified with silver stain, corresponding to alphaV (145kD) and beta5 (90kD) subunits under nonreducing conditions. Interacts with vitronectin in ELISA.
Applications:Suitable for use in Ligand Binding Studies, Electrophoresis and Immunoblot (nonreduced conditions). Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
