• Quality Control:Overdigestion Assay: No detectable change in the specific fragmentation pattern is observed after 160-fold overdigestion (10u/ug lambda DNA x 16 hours) with Psp1406I.
• Ligation and Recleavage (L/R) Assay:The L/R assay was replaced with LO test after validating experiments showed LO test ability to trace nuclease and phosphatase activities with sensitivity that is higher than L/R by a factor of 100.

• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
