Form (1X Buffer Compostition):Supplied as a liquid in 10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0 at 37°C), 5mM MgCl2, 100mM NaCl, 0.02% Triton X-100, 1mg/ml BSA.
Concentration:Storage and Stability:Supplied in a 10X concentrated stock
Dilute to 1X or 2X before use.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -20°C after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
Note:This buffer contains BSA. In order to avoid the risk of bacterial growth, do not store buffer containing BSA at +4°C for periods longer than one week. If buffer is to be stored at +4°C it should be aliquoted into small portions and the main stock should be kept at -20°C.
