Form (1X Buffer Compostition):Supplied as a liquid in 50mM Tris-acetate pH 7.9,, 15mM magnesium acetate, 100mM potassium acetate, 0.1mg/ml BSA
Concentration: Supplied in a 10X concentrated stock.
Note: This buffer contains BSA. In order to avoid the risk of bacterial growth, do not store buffer containing BSA at +4°C for periods longer than one week. If buffer is to be stored at +4°C it should be aliquoted into small portions and the main stock should be kept at -20°C.
