Supplied as a liquid in 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4 at 25°C, 100mM potassium chloride, 1mM EDTA, 1mM DTT, 0.2mg/ml BSA, 50% glycerol.
Note: This buffer contains BSA. In order to avoid the risk of bacterial growth, do not store buffer containing BSA at +4°C for periods longer than one week. If buffer is to be stored at +4°C it should be aliquoted into small portions and the main stock should be kept at -20°C.
