Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-human serum, anti-human IgG and anti-human IgG F(ab’)2. No reaction was observed against anti-human IgG F(c) or anti-papain.
Applications:Suitable for use as antigen or ligand in immunochemical reactions, as a control or standard in assays and for conjugation. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
