特徴

• Recombinant HIV-I nef antigen aa3-190 of the HIV-I nef region (20kD). Beta-galactosidase (114kD) was fused at the N-terminus. Reacts strongly with human HIV positive serum.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot. Freeze at -70°C or colder. Aliquots are stable for 6 months at -70°C after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
