Recombinant protein corresponding to aa466-753 of the HIV-1 env region, 32kDa. Beta-galactosidase (114kDa) fused at the N-terminus. Reacts strongly with human HIV positive serum.
Applications: ELISA, Colloidal Gold, Western Blot. Not recommended for Latex Beads.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
