Applications:A related p53-activator peptide containing the peptide sequence has been used to induce apoptosis in Ew36, BL41 and SW480 cells. The amount of peptide to be used must be empirically determined.
Reconstitution:Aseptically dissolve peptide in minimal amount of sterile dH2O, dilute with sterile water or buffer to desired concentration.
Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile dH2O, aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer
