特徴

• Applications:Positive control for anti-phosphotyrosine antibodies. Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: Detects the phosphorylated EGF receptor (170kD) and other tyrosine phosphorylated proteins in 20ug of the preparation. Add an equal volume of Laemmli reducing sample buffer to 5-25ul of lysate and boil for 5 min to reduce the preparation
• Immunoprecipitation Positive Control: This preparation may also be used for immunoprecipitation with anti-phosphotyrosine agarose.
• Storage and Stability:Store at -20ºC Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
