Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:ELISA: 1:8,000-1:32,000Immunohistochemstiry: 1:200-1:1,000Western Blot: 1:500-1:2,500Optimal dilution to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity.
