One unit is equivalent to approximately 0.04 units in a glucose dehydrogenase-coupled assay at 25°C and pH 7.2 or approximately 0.0035 units in a GO/HRP coupled assay at 37°C and pH 7.2
Storage and Stability:Store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
