• 6X Loading Dye Solution:Supplied as a liquid in 10mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.6, 0.03% bromophenol blue, 0.03% xylene cyanol FF, 60% glycerol, 60mM EDTA.
• Quality Control:Analysis of 0.5ug (1ul) of the DNA Ladder on agarose gel and 1ug (2ul)-on polyacrylamide gel by ethidium bromide staining generates 13 discrete band patterns.

• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
