特徴

• Factor Xa is a serine protease produced by the activation of the zymogen FactorX by either the intrinsic or extrinsic Factor Xase complexes. Factor Xa is involved in the prothrombinase complex, which catalyzes the rapid conversion of prothrombin to thrombin. Its structure cosists of 2 subunits, Mr: 16,500 and 28,800.
