特徴
- RIPA lysis buffer is used to lyse cultured cells for immunoprecipitation and immunoblots. Similar in function to single detergent buffers that include NP-40, sodium chloride and Tris, RIPA is a good first choice for new antigens.
- Solubility:Colorless, clear, complete
- pH:7.5 ± 0.5
- Components:150mM NaCl1.0% NP-400.5% deoxycholate (deoxycholic acid, sodium)0.1% SDS50mM Tris-ClMolecular Biology Grade water0.2um sterile-filtered
- Recommended Dilution:Immediately prior to use, add the protease and phosphatase inhibitors for the following final concentrations: 1mM PMSF, 1mM sodium orthovanadate, 1mM sodium fluoride, 1ug/ml aprotinin, 1ug/ml leupeptin, 1ug/ml pepstatin
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C. Do not freeze. Stable for at 6 months after receipt. Store in the dark.
