特徴

• Hemicellulase is an enzyme complex useful for the isolation of plant protoplasts, biomass conversion, carbohydrate research, liquid food clarification and cell dissociation. A. niger converts cellulose to glucose via multi-enzymatic hydrolysis of beta-D-1,4-glucans, xylans and hemicellulosic polymers. Contains a mixture of exo- and endo-glucanases. Exhibits a high degree of selectivity for galactomannan polysaccharides.

• Form:Supplied as a light tan to tan powder. Contains maltodextrin.
• Loss of Drying:≤10%
• Solubility:Readily soluble in water.
• Enzyme Activity:≥400,000 HCU/g. Contains trace amounts of alpha-amylase, beta-galactosidase, pectinase, protease and xylanase activity.
• Unit Definition:One HCU is the activity that will product a relative fluidity change of 1 over a period of 5 minutes in a locust bean gum substrate at 40°C and pH 4.5.
