特徴

• Luteinizing hormone is a hormone produced by the anterior pituitary gland. In females, an acute rise of LH called the LH surge triggers ovulation and development of the corpus luteum. In males, where LH had also been called interstitial cell-stimulating hormone (ICSH), it stimulates Leydig cell production of testosterone.

• Purity:≥95% by SDS-PAGE
• Contaminants:≤0.1% FSH, TSH, GH Prolactin
• Form:Lyophilized, white powder from 50mM ammonium bicarbonate. Reconstitute with sterile 10mM sodium phosphate, 150mM sodium chloride, 1mg/ml BSA, 0.09% sodium azide (optional), pH 7.4
• Specific Activity:≥10,000 IU/mg
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA or for antigen applications in immunological protocols. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile SPB. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
