特徴
- Human endothelial interleukin-8 (IL-8) is an 8.9kD protein containing 77 amino acid residues. It promotes neutrophil chemotaxis and degranulation. The 77 amino acid IL-8 is the predominant form secreted by endothelial cells.
- Recombinant protein corresponding to human IL-8, expressed in E. coli
- Biological Activity:Determined by its ability ot chemoattract human peripheral blood neutrophils using a concentration of 25-150ng/ml.

Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
