Recombinant produced in Pichia pastoris (183aa-entire core protein). Reacts with HBcoreAg sera and human monoclonals in ELISA and Western Blot. Hepatitis B core protein is a capsid structure in excess of 2 million daltons.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
