特徴

• The Early Antigen recombinant is a 28kD protein which represents about 60% of the native protein.
• Useful marker of chronic or acute infection.
• E. coli expressing EBV early diffuse antigen (EA)
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilutions:ELISA: ~1ug/ml for coating plates. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and freeze at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
