特徴

• Suitable for use as an antigen in immunological protocols. Prepared by infecting MRC-5 monolayers and disrupting cells to release cell phase CMV antigen and cellular debris removed by centrifugation. CMV antigens are present from all phases of viral replication cycles, including early and late antigens, nuclear antigen, cytoplasmic antigen, structural and non-structural proteins.
• Titer (ELISA): 1:1400
• Protein Concentration (dye binding assay): ~5mg/ml
• Suitable for use in IgG or IgM detection assays.
• Sonicate immediately prior to use to ensure uniformity.
