Adenovirus is a member of the Adenoviridae family. It consists of a non enveloped, icosahedral virion, 75-80 nm diameter, with a double-stranded, linear DNA genome. Symptoms of Adenovirus infection include fever, rhinitis, pharyngitis, cough and conjunctivitis.

Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA or for antigen applications in immunological protocols. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Inactivation:Gamma radiation.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
