特徴
- Tyrosine decarboxylase catalyzes the removal of the carboxyl group from tyrosine to produce tyramine and carbon dioxide.
- Pyridoxal 5'-phosphate is a necessary coenzyme. By utilizing the apoenzyme prepared from cells grown on a vitamin B6 deficient medium, pyridoxal phosphate may be determined.
- Quality Control:SDS-PAGE
- Unit Definition:1 unit yields 1µmole of CO2 per minute from L-tyrosine @ 37°C, pH 5.5. Activity is measured in the presence of excess pyridoxal phosphate.
- Activity:≥0.2units/mg
- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Prepare fresh before use.
