• A highly purified, liquid form of albumin suitable for ELISA systems, as an enzyme or protein stabilization agent, as a blocking agent to prevent non-specific protein binding, Rh-typing sera diluents, crossmatching procedures, and for molecular biology procedures where low IgG and protease background levels are required. Albumin is sterile-filtered using a 0.2um filter.

• Certificate of Origin:The raw animal product used in the manufacturing of albumin is derived from materials originating in the contiguous 48 United States and was manufactured in USDA registered plants. The facilities are inspected under certified veterinary care to be free of apparent infectious and contagious diseases. During processing of the product, a batch is heated at 85°C for at least 6 hours. The pH of digestion was carried out at 5.5 or lower.
