• 背景：Rat adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells are isolated from adipose tissue. Adipose tissue is mainly composed of a large number of clustered adipocytes, and the aggregated adipocytes are separated into lobules by a thin layer of loose connective tissue. The stored fat can be quickly broken down into glycerin and fatty acids, which are transported through the blood to various tissues for use. They affect insulin sensitivity, blood pressure levels, endothelial function, fibrinolytic activity and inflammation, and participate in a variety of important pathophysiological processes Adipose tissue has become an extremely important endocrine system from a pure energy storage organ in the past. There are also some stem cell populations in adipose tissue, which have self-renewal ability and multi-directional differentiation potential. They are called adipose tissue-derived mesenchymal stem cells, or adipose mesenchymal stem cells for short. Compared with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, they are very similar in terms of source, cell population characteristics, and differentiation potential. However, adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells are easier to obtain a sufficient number of cells and cause less damage to the body during the process of obtaining them, making them a more ideal source of autologous stem cells. Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells isolated from adipose tissue have a spindle shape as the main morphology, and BrdU can label the nuclei. The rat adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells produced by our company are prepared by collagenase digestion. The total number of cells is about 5×10^5 cells/vial. The cells are identified by CD90/CD44 and CD34/CD45 immunofluorescence, and the purity is more than 90% without HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.
