特徴
Negative regulator of the Shh signaling transduction pathway: recruited toprimary cilia via association with the IFT complex A (IFT-A) and is required for recruitment of G protein-coupled receptor GPR161 to cilia, a promoter of PKAdependent basal repression machinery in Shh signaling.
Binds tophosphorylated inositide (phosphoinositide) lipids.
Both IFT-A- andphosphoinositide-binding properties are required to regulate ciliary G proteincoupled receptor trafficking.
Not involved in ciliogenesis.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
