Acts as an activator of the Wnt signaling pathway by mediating poly-ADP-ribosylation of AXIN1 and AXIN2, 2 key components of the beta-catenin destruction complex
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence.

Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:20-1:200Immunoflourescence: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.

Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
