Transcription factor that binds to the immunoglobulin enchancer Mu-E5/KE5-motif.
Involved in the initiation of neuronal differentiation.
Activates transcription by binding to the E box (5'-CANNTG-3').
Binds to the E-box present in the somatostatin receptor 2 initiator element (SSTR2-INR) to activate transcription (By similarity).
Preferentially binds to either 5'-ACANNTGT-3' or 5'-CCANNTGG-3'.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Western Blot: 1:2000-1:5000Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200Immunoflourescence: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
