84-6166-45 TARDBP (Biotin) 50ug 578400
特徴
- DNA and RNA-binding protein which regulates transcription and splicing.
- Involved in the regulation of CFTR splicing.
- It promotes CFTR exon 9 skipping by binding to the UG repeated motifs in the polymorphic region near the 3'-splice site of this exon.
- The resulting aberrant splicing is associated with pathological features typical of cystic fibrosis.
- May also be involved in microRNA biogenesis, apoptosis and cell division.
- Can repress HIV-1 transcription by binding to the HIV-1 long terminal repeat.
- Stabilizes the low molecular weight neurofilament (NFL) mRNA through a direct interaction with the 3' UTR.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
- For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
