特徴

• Guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) which may activate RAB9A andRAB9B.
• Promotes the exchange of GDP to GTP, converting inactive GDPbound Rab proteins into their active GTP-bound form.
• May be involved in cytoskeletal organization and tumorogenicity.
• Isoform 1 seems to be involved in a signaling transduction pathway leading to activation of MAPK1/ERK2.
• Isoform 3 may block ERK2 activation stimulated by ABL1.
• Isoform 3 may alter cell morphology and cell growth.
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.

• Recommended Dilutions:Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:20-1:200.
• Heat antigen retrieval is required using citrate buffer, pH 6.0
• Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
• Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
• Store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
