Self-ligand receptor of the signaling lymphocytic activation molecule (SLAM) family.
SLAM receptors triggered by homo- or heterotypic cell-cell interactions are modulating the activation and differentiation of a wide variety of immune cells and thus are involved in the regulation and interconnection of both innate and adaptive immune response.
Activities are controlled by presence or absence of small cytoplasmic adapter proteins, SH2D1A/SAP and/or SH2D1B/EAT-2.
Triggers cytolytic activity only in natural killer cells (NK) expressing high surface densities of natural cytotoxicity receptors
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:500-1:5000Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:200-1:500Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
