特徴

• Adapter protein implicated in the regulation of a large spectrum of both general and specialized signaling pathways.
• Binds to a large number of partners, usually by recognition of a phosphoserine or phosphothreonine motif.
• Binding generally results in the modulation of the activity of the binding partner.
• When bound to KRT17, regulates protein synthesis and epithelial cell growth by stimulating Akt/mTOR pathway.
• May also regulate MDM2 autoubiquitination and degradation and thereby activate p53/TP53
• Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
