Component of ribonuclease P, a protein complex that generates mature tRNA molecules by cleaving their 5'-ends.
RPP38 may associate transiently with RNase P RNA as a factor involved in the transport of H1 RNA to the putative site of its assembly in the cell, the nucleolus.
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:500Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
