特徴
- Plays a role in pre-mRNA splicing and in the regulation of alternative splicing events.
- Activates exon skipping of its own pre-mRNA during muscle cell differentiation.
- Binds to the polypyrimidine tract of introns.
- May promote RNA looping when bound to two separate polypyrimidine tracts in the same pre-mRNA.
- May promote the binding of U2 snRNP to pre-mRNA.
- Cooperates with RAVER1 to modulate switching between mutually exclusive exons during maturation of the TPM1 pre-mRNA.
- Represses the splicing of MAPT/Tau exon 10.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
- For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
