特徴
- Catalyzes the conversion of phosphatidic acid (PA) to diacylglycerol (DG).
- In addition it hydrolyzes lysophosphatidic acid (LPA), ceramide-1-phosphate (C-1-P) and sphingosine-1-phosphate (S-1-P).
- The relative catalytic efficiency is LPA = PA > C-1-P > S-1-P.
- May be involved in cell adhesion and in cell-cell interactions.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
