- Has apparently no phosphoglycerate mutase activity.
- May be regulator of mitochondrial dynamics.
- Substrate for a KEAP1-dependent ubiquitin ligase complex.
- Contributes to the repression of NFE2L2-dependent gene expression.
- Acts as a central mediator for programmed necrosis induced by TNF, by reactive oxygen species and by calcium ionophore.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence.

- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
