Acts as a negative regulator of MAVSmediated antiviral responses, through the inhibition of the virus-induced RLH (RIG-like helicase)-MAVS interaction (PubMed:18200010).
Has no inhibitory function on NF-Kappa-B and type 1 interferon signaling pathways, but enhances NF-Kappa-B and JUN N-terminal kinase dependent signaling through the production of reactive oxygen species (PubMed:18219313).
Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.

Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
Store at -20°C.
Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
