- Forms a sequence-specific DNA-binding proteincomplex with MAD1, MAD4, MNT, WBSCR14 and MLXIP which recognizes the core sequence 5'-CACGTG-3'.
- The TCFL4-MAD1, TCFL4-MAD4, TCFL4-WBSCR14 complexes are transcriptional repressors.
- Plays a role intranscriptional activation of glycolytic target genes.
- Involved in glucoseresponsive gene regulation.
- Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunofluorescence.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Immunohistochemistry: 1:20-1:200Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:200Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
