Involved in ubiquitination of centriolar satellite CEP131, CEP290 and PCM1 proteins and hence inhibits primary cilium formation in proliferating cells.
Mediates 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitination of TBK1, which probably participates in kinase activation.
