- Acts by promoting the inactivation of protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) during M phase

- Recommended Dilutions:Western Blot: 1:500-1:5000Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:200-1:500.
- Antigen retrieval by high pressure in citrate buffer, pH 6.0Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
- Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
- Store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
