• Ligand binding results in inhibitory signals and down-regulation of the immune response.
• Engagement of LILRB1 present on natural killer cells or T-cells by class I MHC molecules protects the target cells from lysis.
• Interaction with HLA-B or HLA-E leads to inhibition of the signal triggered by FCER1A and inhibits serotonin release.
• Inhibits FCGR1A-mediated phosphorylation of cellular proteins and mobilization of intracellular calcium ions.
• Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA.
• Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
• For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
• Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
• Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
• Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
• Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
