84-5941-06 LILRB1 (FITC) 50ug 567242
特徴
- Receptor for class I MHC antigens.
- Recognizes a broad spectrum of HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C and HLA-G alleles.
- Receptor for H301/UL18, a human cytomegalovirus class I MHC homolog.
- Ligand binding results in inhibitory signals and down-regulation of the immune response.
- Engagement of LILRB1 present on natural killer cells or T-cells by class I MHC molecules protects the target cells from lysis.
- Interaction with HLA-B or HLA-E leads to inhibition of the signal triggered by FCER1A and inhibits serotonin release.
- Inhibits FCGR1A-mediated phosphorylation of cellular proteins and mobilization of intracellular calcium ions.
- Applications:Suitable for use in FLISA.
- Other applications not tested.
- Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
- Storage and Stability:Store product at 4°C if to be used immediately within two weeks.
- For long-term storage, aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -20°C.
- Aliquots are stable at -20°C for 12 months after receipt.
- Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use.
- Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Caution: FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
- For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
